Delivery in GAUTENG province is at a flat rate of R70.00 per delivery.
DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS: The following areas/towns/townships are excluded for delivery:
- Thembisa Township, formerly Tembisa
- Alexandra Township
We cannot deliver to any of the other provinces in South Africa because of inflated balloon designs that might get damaged during long distance delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Alfie Balloons wants to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. However, there are a number of logistical factors to consider in the delivery of (often bulky) orders. Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery to take place.
Delivery process
Alfie Balloons is based in Brakpan, Gauteng and all our products are shipped to Gauteng province only. We strive to deliver your balloon design to you as soon as possible as we know how important your event is to you. We don't make use of external courier companies to ensure you get the best experience and that your balloon designs arrive in good condition.
When you place your order it's important to provide us a required delivery date. On receipt of your order and proof of payment when using Bank Transfer/EFT Payment option, we will source the stock as soon as possible from our warehouse or from the suppliers. We then prepare and create your balloon design. Our drivers will deliver the parcels to the address you supplied when placing the order. Please remember to add clear instructions to your order if there are certain conditions we need to follow or if there are specific times the designs need to be delivered.
We will continue to go the extra mile to make sure your orders are shipped and delivered as efficiently, effectively and economically as possible.
